Awful customer skills! Do not order from them!!! I ordered a Christmas present costume for my son & the age I ordered defaulted back to the youngest age bracket. I saw the mistake straight away on the confirmation email and emailed them, they were no help and told me to send the item back & reorder costing me again in post and packaging for their websites fault. I was offered no discount code to reimburse me and they flippantly expected me to reorder from them at my own expensive. They have left an awful taste in my mouth. Don't touch go near them if you have an issue with their product they won't help you. I
