Hi welcome to my page. If you have found yourself looking at my page then you are possibly wondering about counselling for yourself a friend or a member of your family.
My approach is both humanistic and integrative. That means I draw on a number of different modalities to help create a therapy that best suits you. I draw on Gestalt , Rogerian, Transactional Analysis,Internal family systems,Mindfulness, Psychodynamic,
Somatic body focusing. For me the therapeutic relationship is at the essence of any good counselling/psychotherapy process.
I see clients who are experiencing depression,anxiety ,grief and loss, separation, family issues,sexuality ,bullying, health issues, Trauma past and present, child abuse ,recovery from an abusive relationship.
Or if you are feeling stuck, having a sense of needing to change but unsure what that change is. Sometimes it is good to work through some of the issues that may be holding you back, low self esteem, self consciousness, shyness, self doubt.
Self judgement and overly critical of self and others.
