Complete Composites are the only composite manufacturer in Ireland using a 7 axis CNC Kuka Robotic arm capable of manufacturing large complex tooling and high speed trimming of composite parts.
Our 7 axis Kuka Robotic arm has a large envelope of 7 x 3 x 3 metres. We can manufacture large complex pieces to tight tolerances of +/- .05mm. The specialised Delcam CAD/CAM tool making software Powermill and Powershape are designed specifically of robot use.
This Robotic service has the ability to reduce lead times. Our team have 20 years experience in composites.
We can bring your design from 3d Cad drawings to reality. We offer a range of services to suit your needs and budget.
Full production tooling – Complete Composites take your design from a 3d cad stage and produce a plug and full production mould in house by our master mould maker capable of a minimum of 200 pulls for quality parts.
Temporary Production Tooling is manufactured for smaller production runs or one off demonstration pieces. We skip the plug making stage and make a temporary mould saving you time and generating significant cost savings.
Prototype Machining also avoids the need to make plugs and is economical for one-off pieces or where testing will take place and modifications made before production.
