Reviews

I would not recommend this to a friend. I arrived early (my mistake), and buzzed reception, after about 2 minutes someone answered and coolly asked what I wanted, they then told me to buzz room 5, as that would be where kikoh reiki is. So I buzzed the room and someone let me in. I arrived in reception and nobody was there, thinking I was late for my appointment I went in search of 'room 5'. I found it and waited quietly outside the door. after some time a man popped his head out and stared at me apprehensively, I smiled at him and was about to speak when I was commanded to 'wait downstairs.' I told him I was here for my appointment, he said I was early and snapped at me to 'check the time'. I left and went downstairs, feeling pretty pissed, I have to say. I was thinking, is that how you treat a paying customer? After 15 minutes he came downstairs all smiles and asked me to fill out a customer information form. This form asked me for some very personal details such as what medication I was on and what dose, who my doctor was, etc. I thought to myself: 'why on earth does he need to know all this for a massage?!' 5 minutes later he came downstairs and brought me back to the room. We sat down and he offered me some 'lemon juice and cucumber water', I was parched, so I turned to drink the water and saw a half empty glass with LIP MARKS ON IT. It was the previous customers drink and he was too lazy to get a new one! Anyway I finally got to have the treatment and it was underwhelming to say the least, definitely not worth the money and I got it for a discount on Living social. I was left with oil all over my face and in my hair and nothing to wipe it off with. Also, at the beginning and end of the session, he continually told me how I would feel all 'light and spacey for the rest of the day', I did not feel light or spacey. I thought it a bit strange that he kept repeating this, should the treatment not speak for itself? it sounded more like a scam to me than anything else. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
