I provide a range of different classes these include beginners, mixed level, gentle stretch, recorded, intermediate, and one to one. You can choose from the following membership options introduction to Pilates, one to one zoom appointment, three-month membership, monthly membership, 6-month membership, annual, and recorded classes only. I have something to suit everyone's needs. I offer a wide range of scheduled times and days and you can book these classes very simply through the website.
