My name is Suzanne and my experience through my own personal journey has led me to become a qualified and experienced counsellor / psychotherapist. I abide by the IACP Code of Ethics.
As a qualified psychotherapist I have worked with various bodies over the years in supporting both male and female clients, using an integrative approach which includes over five years of Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT) experience. My role enables me to help my clients gain insight and awareness and as a direct result helps them to develop the skills and confidence to create a more fulfilling and balanced life.
