Counselling is a very personal process. I use an integrative approach which is tailored to meet each client's needs. These methodologies include C.B.T., R.E.B.T. , Person-Centred Therapy and Humanistic Therapy. Together we explore thoughts, feelings and behaviour and find positive outcomes to difficult situations. I equip my clients with tools to enable them to deal with difficult issues, to develop coping and problem solving skills and also to accept & look at these issues in a new and less frightening way.
