UnPlug is a sustainable digital detox retreat. A Weekend away connecting with yourself and others around you. Activities involve speed mediation, nature walks, Beat2Breat Yoga, Tibetan Bowl Therapy, Story Telling and a whole lot more. We have a workshops on how to manage your technology and not let it manage you.
The retreat is all inclusive so you don't need to bring anything with you except comfortable clothes and an open mind!
