This is a business that you can trust one hundred percent. An item ordered on line became confused during despatch with another very similar product which, unfortunately, was not suitable for my son & had to be returned. As I live in Wales, I was very concerned as the company was outside of the UK & the transaction was in Euros but I had no need to worry. The Model shop quickly arranged a refund & were kind & patient at all times even though the return had left them out of pocket due to the very expensive charges made to post the package back to them.
