Very poor service, not willing to stand over their product. Bought a 07 BMW privately, seller purchased a replacement key from Autokey as part of the deal and left me with the job card/collection docket but not the receipt. Four weeks later the key stopped working, Autokey not interested in looking at the key without a further payment of €100 as receipt not in my possession. Shop signs state warranty limit is 3 months which is not listed on their website. Additionally, for the four weeks the key actually worked, it was not to the standard of the original key as the indicators did not flash on lock/unlock.
