Be extremely careful! This man is running a bunch of fake companies he uses to get money from people without delivering proper services. The company I work for once hired him to make a webpage for us. He used fake credentials to sign all documents, took a 30% down payment and disappeared into thin air. When we managed to contact him again he was vulgar and the police didn't help us much. I wouldn't want anyone to go though this.
