I ordered an accordion from Everest Music a few weeks ago. The instrument proved defective and Everest made replacement of the item highly problematic. They changed terms of the replacement at their whims at every turn. They had offered to perform a refund but then changed the terms of that as well. Everest Music has proven that they are duplicitous, unethical, and should be avoided in business. Completely unprofessional.
