In 2018 it took three attempts to get DHE to service my electric gate, which they did in the end to my satisfaction. In 2019, over a period of two full working weeks I phoned every other day - in that time I was given two dates/times - they did not show up on either and no courtesy phone call to excuse. This is not the way to treat customers. I will not be calling on their services again! :-(
