Terrible service. I called them and stated I had a washing machine that needed to be fixed but i needed to make sure they could do it.So i gave them the precise make and model so they could check if they had the parts etc. Called out for 15 mins.Said they would come back and do the job. Then said the part was not available after i specifically told them what the issue was before. Instead of demanding refund, i asked could they call back to fix something else since they would have needed to come back anyway.After 3 weeks chasing finally I finally got my answer which was they said they would not. obviously more profitable for them to call out even if they cant fix it. beware.
