Stay Clear of this place they will rob you. All they are interested in is getting your money off you. I recently bought two pairs of sohes for my kids ( converse ) I always buy them here and have been doing so for the last 5 years. I brought these particular pairs back yesterday as they had started falling apart at the seems. The whole sole on all 4 shoes where splitting away from the body, I showed them to the assistant who said she would take them upstairs to the manager to look at them. The "ignorant git" did not even have the courtesy to come down himself but sent the assistant down to say that in his opinion it was wear and tear. As I said to the assistant if this is his attitude and he won't even come down himself "muppet" then you can tell him I said he knows where to stick them! I will never set foot in that kip again as they are a bunch of money grabbers and to think that famalies are struggling enough these days. As I said before steer clear they will rob you.
