I will have to give them a 0 out of 5 rateing. Flowers were ordered for valentines day. They never came. I rang them repeatedly throughout the day and was only able to get through twice. Was firstly given the guarantee they would be delivered at 6. At half 5 I rang them again and eventually got through to be told that it wasn't down to them that another company was responsible for the delivery. I rang the delivery company they named but they had no record of such an order or delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM MADFLOWERS!!!!!!
